In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
2.1 Access to and use of the imjudi Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged twenty-one (21) years or older. imjudi operates in full compliance with our international gaming licence's minimum age requirements. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
2.2 By creating an imjudi Account, you warrant and represent that:

Where satisfactory proof of age is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, imjudi may suspend withdrawals, restrict account functionality, or permanently close the Account, with any funds returned to the Player's verified payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update such information in the event of any change. imjudi is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with two-factor authentication. imjudi will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
3.4 You must notify imjudi's customer support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.1 All financial transactions on the imjudi Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
4.2 imjudi operates a same-method withdrawal policy where reasonably practicable — funds deposited via a specific payment method will be returned to that same method on withdrawal. imjudi reserves the right to require alternative verified withdrawal channels where the original deposit method does not support outbound transfers.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. imjudi reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or anti-money-laundering review. The processing timeline for KYC-verified accounts is typically one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to payment provider timelines.
4.4 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and per account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your imjudi Account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.5 imjudi does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment instruments not registered in the Player's own name. Any funds received from an unverified or third-party source may be held or returned pending investigation.
5.1 imjudi may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, or other incentive programmes to Players. Each individual promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to playthrough requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirement multipliers and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 imjudi reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, use of multiple accounts, or any other conduct determined to be in breach of these Terms or specific promotion terms.
5.4 Promotions are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be used in a systematic or commercial manner designed to extract guaranteed profit through arbitrage, hedging, or coordinated multi-account wagering strategies.
6.1 All gaming and betting activity on the imjudi Platform is governed by the rules of the individual games and betting markets as presented within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general these Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific game or market rules shall prevail for that activity.
6.2 imjudi reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the event of: technical malfunctions affecting game integrity; palpable errors in odds or payout calculations; evidence of exploitation of software or system errors; or where required by the relevant game provider.
6.3 Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with official competition results from authoritative sources. In the event of a result dispute, imjudi's determination — having reviewed available official data — shall be final and binding.
6.4 Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheel) as observed through the live video feed. Connectivity issues on the Player's side that prevent observation of a game outcome do not invalidate that outcome.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the imjudi Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the imjudi Platform — including but not limited to software, visual design, trademarks, logos, text content, and game assets — is owned by or licensed to imjudi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No rights in any Platform content are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Platform.
8.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the imjudi Platform without prior written authorisation from imjudi.
9.1 The imjudi Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. imjudi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imjudi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 imjudi's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.1 imjudi is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to be aware of the potential risks associated with gambling.

11.1 imjudi reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms; (b) KYC documentation requirements are not satisfied within the required timeframe; (c) required by the instruction of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body; or (d) the account holder is determined to be a minor.
11.2 Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to playthrough and any amounts under fraud or AML investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation processes.
11.3 You may request voluntary closure of your imjudi Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to settlement of any outstanding wagers and completion of any pending withdrawal processing.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which imjudi holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through imjudi's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, unless otherwise required by applicable regulatory provisions.
12.3 Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or prohibited under Malaysian domestic law and accept sole responsibility for assessing and complying with local laws applicable to their individual circumstances. imjudi does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
13.1 imjudi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered account address no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by a regulatory authority or to prevent fraud or other harm.
13.2 Your continued use of the imjudi Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
